Butcher Shop Team Member (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Baetke Custom Cuts · Long Grove, IA · 30–40 hours per week
Responsibilities
Assisting with meat preparation and processing
Smokehouse production: sausage, snack sticks, jerky, and value-added products
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Supporting day-to-day shop operations
Qualifications
Butcher shop, meat processing, or smokehouse experience preferred (not required)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
