Reserve your half hog for custom processing at Baetke Custom Cuts! Approximately 60–90 lbs of take-home meat, processed to your exact specifications, vacuum-sealed, and freezer-ready. Includes pork chops, pork loin, tenderloin, spare ribs, baby back ribs, bacon (cured), ham, ground pork, pork shoulder, breakfast sausage, bratwurst, and more. Great for smaller households or splitting with a friend. Bacon curing, ham smoking, and sausage making also available. We run batches periodically throughout the year — reserve your spot and we'll contact you to confirm timing and discuss cut preferences.
