**$200 non-refundable deposit reserves your 1/4 beef.** The farmer will contact you directly to arrange payment for the beef itself. Your $200 deposit is applied toward your final processing bill at pickup. Great for couples, small families, or splitting with a friend. Custom processed to your exact specifications, heat-shrink packaged, and freezer-ready. Includes your share of premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Up to 200 lbs of take-home meat. Processing time is approximately 3–4 weeks after drop-off. We'll call or text you when your beef is ready to coordinate pickup and discuss cut preferences. Final pricing based on actual weight at pickup.
