Reserve your whole hog for custom processing at Baetke Custom Cuts! Approximately 120–180 lbs of take-home meat, processed to your exact specifications, vacuum-sealed, and freezer-ready. Includes pork chops, pork loin, tenderloin, spare ribs, baby back ribs, bacon (cured), ham, ground pork, pork shoulder, breakfast sausage, bratwurst, and more. Bacon curing, ham smoking, and sausage making also available. We run batches periodically throughout the year — reserve your spot and we'll contact you to confirm timing and discuss cut preferences.
